Assalamu’alaikum Muslim Pro community! Nurul here, bringing you the latest updates straight from our product and development teams. We’ve been listening closely to your feedback and requests on having lock screen widgets ⏤ I have been waiting for this feature myself too! Alhamdulillah, I’m thrilled to share an exciting new feature that will make your spiritual journey even more accessible and convenient.

New iOS Widgets for Home Screen & Lock Screen

Our updated widget for the iOS app now includes enhanced functionalities that you can conveniently display on both your home screen and lock screen. This update is designed to keep you connected with essential information at a glance, all while maintaining the seamless experience you love.

Easy Setup, Enhanced Experience

Setting up the new widget is straightforward, and you can do it in two simple ways:

1. Home Screen Method:
• Long press on your device’s home screen.
• Tap the [+] icon at the top left corner.
• Scroll to find and select [Muslim Pro] to add the widget.
2. In-App Method:
• Navigate to the Today’s page within the app.
• Tap on the [More] section.
• Find the [Widget] icon under [Utility].
• Follow the steps provided in the widget help center article to configure your options for both Home Screen and Lock Screen displays.

Home Screen Widgets: Stay Connected Effortlessly

Our Home Screen widgets highlight key features of the app, ensuring you have easy access to vital information and functionalities.

All Prayer Times with Tracker:
This widget provides comprehensive prayer timings along with your current location. For free users, prayer timings are displayed with a padlock icon. Tap anywhere on the widget to access the prayer landing page. Premium users can track prayers with a checkmark icon directly from the widget. 

Current Prayer Times with Tracker:
This widget makes it easy to monitor your prayer habits. Depending on your user status, tapping the widget takes you to either the Prayer Tracker calendar or the Prayer Tracker landing screen. 

Daily Prayers Tracker:
Similar to the Current Prayer Times widget, this allows you to track your daily prayers, with premium users able to mark prayers as tracked directly from the widget.

Qibla:
Quickly find the direction of the Qibla by tapping this widget, which takes you to the Qibla landing screen. 

Qalbox Navigations:
Access Qalbox content by tapping on the search bar, All, Shorts, or Watchlist, navigating to the respective landing screens. 

Quran:
View the last read ayah, last listened ayah, daily verse, daily deen, and Quran immersion with this widget. Tapping the widget brings you to the Quran Reader with the last read or listened ayah and more. 

Fasting Tracker:
Track your fasting progress by tapping this widget, which takes you to the Fasting Tracker landing screen. 

Daily Inspiration:
Get inspired with daily quotes updated dynamically every day. Tap the widget to go to the inspiration landing page. 

Ask AiDeen:
Get answers to your questions by enabling this widget. Tapping the widget takes you directly to the Ask AiDeen active state.

Duas:
Access a collection of daily duas by tapping the search bar or any section of the widget, taking you to the respective landing screens. 

Tasbih:
Keep count with the digital tasbih from this widget. Tapping the widget takes you to the Tasbih landing screen, with premium users able to count directly from the widget. 

Lock Screen Widgets: Your Key to Convenience

Our lock screen widget provides seamless access to various key features, ensuring you have the information you need without even unlocking your phone. Here’s what you can look forward to:

All Prayer Times:
Tapping any part of this widget will take you directly to the Prayer landing screen, providing a comprehensive view of all prayer times. 

Next/Current Prayer Times:
With a tap, this widget brings you to the prayer time page, highlighting the current prayer time. 

Qibla Direction:
Easily find the Qibla direction with just one tap, directing you to the Qibla landing screen.

Quran-Related Features:
Access your last read ayah, last listened ayah, daily verse, daily deen, and Quran immerse features by tapping the widget. 

Fasting Tracker:
Stay on top of your fasting progress. Tapping this widget brings you to the Fasting tracker landing screen, updating your fasted days accordingly. 

Ask AiDeen:
Quickly access the Ask AiDeen section of the app for any queries by tapping this widget. 

Miscellaneous:
For all other functionalities, tapping the widget will take you directly to the Muslim Pro homepage.
